It’s been over a year since I last changed my guitar strings! Could anyone recommend a good brand of strings for me to try? Looking forward to your suggestions!
Oh wow, a whole year?! Your strings must be so dead by now! I highly recommend Ernie Ball Regular Slinkys. They’ve got a really nice feel, great for rock, and they hold up pretty well. Plus, they’re super affordable if you want to switch out your strings more often!
I second Ernie Ball, but if you’re playing blues too, you might want to check out D’Addario EXL110s. I love how balanced they are between brightness and warmth. They also last quite a while before they start to feel worn out.
You might also want to look into Elixir Nanowebs They’re coated strings, so they last much longer than non-coated ones—perfect if you don’t plan on changing strings again anytime soon. The tone’s a bit different, but once you get used to it, they’re really solid!
