Is learning on a $100 Lyxpro guitar worth it?",
Learn on whatever you have, and while you figure out if guitar is something you want to stick with, you can save up for a better guitar. I started on an old Johnson with a higher action than Willie Nelson’s guitar. I was determined and loved putting all the pieces together as I learned.

Thanks for your response. Do you think if I get a Fender Mustang amp or a Boss Katana and tune the Lyxpro, it’ll be good enough to keep for a year or two?

Definitely! And if after a year or two you feel like guitar isn’t for you, you can pass it on to someone else.
I got a free 3/4 classical guitar that cost $60 (new from the store, really cheap and badly made) along with around $20 worth of accessories (tuner, bag, etc.). The sound isn’t great, but it still plays the notes correctly. If you don’t have a big budget, I’d suggest getting something like that. Even though it’s not the best guitar, I’ve still played over 100 hours on it in the past few months. I’ll get a better one later.
