My guitar is connected to my amp, which is then linked to my PC using both an aux cable (connected to the headphone jack) and a USB.
I want to hear the guitar sound through my wireless earbuds connected to the PC so I can watch YouTube or other content while practicing. I’ve used Bluetooth for practice before, so latency isn’t a concern.
My amp is a Positive Grid Spark Mini, and my wireless earbuds are recognized on the PC as either Stereo or AG Audio for playback.
Is there a way to make this work? Any help would be appreciated.
Why are you connecting your amp to the PC using both an aux cable and a USB at the same time?
I connect the amp to the PC via USB to power it instead of using a wall outlet. I thought it might also be useful for future PC-related features. Right now, the amp has an app for Android that lets you adjust various sound settings, and I’m hoping they’ll release a PC version soon.
The latency with wireless earbuds will likely be very frustrating, and it’s probably not worth the hassle. Additionally, since the mini has been around for a long time, it’s unlikely that a PC control app will be released.
