Looking for any tips or thoughts to get started!

I love my LT25 amp… perfect for practice, super easy to tweak the sound, no matter what style you’re playing.

Absolutely agree! I got mine recently, and it’s been awesome.

That’s a nice setup… enjoy the journey of learning! :+1:

Congrats on the guitar! It looks fantastic.

The colors on that guitar are so cool!

Great choice. Keep rocking!

I’m a huge fan of the new Epiphones… they’re really stepping up their game. Honestly, I like their new headstocks more than some Gibsons. Good choice!

Love the guitar, amp, and cable setup! If that cable ever breaks, you can probably get a replacement at the store. My teacher told me that when I bought mine—he’s had a few swapped out over the years.

That amp is a solid pick. It’s perfect for practicing at home.

What Epiphone model is that?

It’s the Epiphone Les Paul Custom Limited Edition in Silver Burst. Here’s the link to the one I bought: Epiphone Les Paul Custom Limited-Edition Electric Guitar Silver Burst | Guitar Center

Looks great, nice choice!

That guitar reminds me of the Adam Jones Les Paul… it looks amazing, congrats!

I’m usually not a fan of burst finishes, but that one is different… I like it a lot. Haven’t seen that model before.

That amp is a blast! Definitely pick up the footswitch for it—it’s cheap and super useful.

I was thinking about it… what exactly does a footswitch do?

It lets you switch between two preset channels instantly, which is great for going from a clean to a distorted sound without touching the amp. It’s super handy if you want different settings for picking versus strumming or switching effects mid-song.

Is that an Epiphone with a Gibson-style headstock? What’s the story?

Yeah, it’s an Epiphone Les Paul Custom. I went into Guitar Center not knowing much, and they helped me pick it out. I wanted something similar to what the lead guitarist from Wave to Earth plays.
